The whole process from submitting an RFQ to booking an appointment to the service work itself was great and a standard other companies should strive toward. Mike S was communicative, prompt and clearly an expert in the plumbing field. The work he did in my house was done flawlessly. Mike cleaned as he went and put protective coverings down to minimize any potential scuffing or marks that come with the territory of tool use. Bluewater has our business for all of our plumbing needs moving forward. I learned today that they offer yearly plumbing and HVAC contracts. I will be reaching out to inquire about those services and get on their list. What a great company and a great product!
