The cartridge replacement in the shower was straightforward and took only a few minutes. The outside faucet involved reinstalling a part I already had. The bathroom sink was more difficult as the mounting nut and washer need to be cut off. While the service was great, we thought $200 per hour service charge was excessive which also included charging for traveling time.
