  I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts regarding our recent interaction. It’s difficult to overlook that you emailed me the estimate and design on January 14, 2025, but never followed up to gauge my interest in the design or quote. This lack of communication left me with the impression that my $7,500 closet project was considered a small job, and perhaps not a priority for your company. Additionally, I never received the quote for the hall closet, which further influenced my decision to move forward with a different company. Their attentive customer follow-up and professionalism were decisive factors, along with their ability to provide all the requested information promptly. I felt it was important to provide you with this feedback, as I’ve chosen not to refer your company to others, including two families and my son, who were considering redesigning their closets. I also want to acknowledge the frustration I felt for the time wasted when I could have been obtaining estimates and quotes from other companies. Should you see a review on social media, I hope this email provides some context. I wish you much success in the future, but I hope this feedback proves valuable in refining your customer service approach.

  When I saw the article in the Star News about Closets and Things, I knew this was the group I wanted to work with, and they certainly proved my choice a good one. I had thirty years of stuff packed into a 15-foot-long closet that ran through the middle of my house . No one really saw it but me, but it was starting to make me feel strangled. I made a wish list of what I wanted, and they custom-built a closet just for my needs. Sue Van Note did a beautiful job designing it, and John Pollock executed her design impeccably. The workmanship is wonderful. They always showed up when they said they would. Everything about working with them was a pleasure, so much so, that now I have them re-surfacing all my kitchen cabinets. I can't recommend them too highly.
