  Adam Bellwood did a wonderful job. He’s always very helpful. He took the time to help me understand a system that was put in sometime back and was able to get it in great shape. Along with adding some technology to make the house more comfortable.

  Seth was awesome today. He arrived on time and worked hard on my unit. He replaced several parts that were worn out, hopefully to extend its life. He was very kind and helpful, as are all the folks at Premier!

  I just found out my grandfather was called a couple of weeks ago and talked in to buying a service plan he can’t afford. He doesn’t hear well or always understand what’s being asked of him, so he felt pressured to pay up because he had (overpriced) work done by them before. Disgusting and predatory, find someone honest to do your work.

  Just wanted to give a shoutout to our technician Seth who conducted our spring inspection. Did a great job, thorough, inspection and took his time to explain how the units were doing. I like to be included and given a lot of information and Seth was great (good communication with pictures as well). Thank you Seth!

  We were notified yesterday that Premier would be out today between 2PM-6PM; Rick showed up closer to the 2:00 mark and immediately went to work on trying to find out our problem. He was very respectful, detailed and made sure we understood every aspect of our problem and let us know his higher ups had been made aware due to the severity of the issue. Very pleased with Rick!
