  We had a great experience with Premier Indoor Comfort System. They installed our AC units several years ago. They did a great job at a fair and reasonable price. They were very easy to work with. Recently, we had an issue with our 20 year old heated flooring thermostats and Seth came out and was able to troubleshoot the issue and fix the problem. They were able to fit us into their schedule, identify the issue and solve the problem. Thanks a bunch! We really appreciate the professionalism and quality of service!

  What a diagnostision, a true genius in his craft. We were highly impressed with Seth's communication and quality of work. He was on time, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing to diagnose and correct our heating issue. It was such a pleasure using Premier. Thank you Seth!

  Seth did an outstanding job fixing our heat. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. It’s hard to find someone who is both honest and reliable these days, but Seth with Premier indoor comfort definitely is. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Seth to anyone needing HVAC/ heating service.

  Very happy with Ric today from Premier. He was timely for my appointment. He was very professional and was able to fix the issue with our one damper. I even asked him about a different issue I was having in another room, and he went above and beyond troubleshooting and diagnosing the problem. He explained to me everything he was doing every step of the way. Thanks Ric 😊

  We unfortunately had a reversing valve failure on our system, which was right at 15 years old. Cost of repair plus age of the system led us to looking into system replacement. In the process of getting a few quotes for a full system replacement, we were referred to Premier by a friend. And thank goodness we were! Mel came the same day we called, and he was great! He sat down with us and took the time to discover our needs without being pushy on a sale. The quote he provided came in a little less than some others. The financing options through Premier worked for us, so the decision was easy. They were able to get out the next day after we made the decision, which was awesome! Sam and Matt came out to complete the install, and we can’t say enough good about those guys. They took the time to do it right, made it look good, and educated us on operation/settings/etc for the new smart thermostat. Overall, we were very pleased to have found them in the course of searching out quotes. Competitive pricing, excellent service and advising, and thorough craftsmanship!
