  Josh and Levi did an amazing job. So professional very mindful of their work. I highly recommend premier heating and air and Josh and Levi for any of your furnace needs. They were amazing. So glad we went with premier heating and air.

  Eric was very polite and informative. He explained my options and gave me a lot to think about and consider. He did not try to sell me a new unit and made no guarantee as to how long my current system would continue to serve me. I thank you for sending a qualified technician to my home.

He walked us through every option with genuine knowledge, zero pressure, and the kind of courtesy that makes you feel like you’re in good hands from the first handshake. Josh and Levy handled the installation, and these two work like a well-oiled machine. On time, respectful of our home, sharp with their craft, and willing to answer every question without rushing anything. They made a complicated 5 zone system look easy. Clean lines, clean workspace, clean finish. Exactly what you want when someone is installing something as important as your home comfort system. If you want a company that treats you right, explains things clearly, and does the job with pride, Premiere Comfort Indoor is the team.   Eric was amazing, super personable and kind. I appreciated the advice and multiple options I had to fix my issue.   I would absolutely recommend this company. We bought a house in Maggie valley and had trouble with the heater on a Sunday. Rick came right over and fixed it. Also we added a WiFi thermostat so we could control the thermostat from Florida. Great customer service! We will definitely use this company again in the future.
