  This company is just incredible. Joshua Partridge and all of his support staff are courteous, professional, and just a joy to work with. Every question and concern I had were answered to my complete satisfaction. They recommended wonderful people for the propane side of my installation. My Kohler Generator is ready to go for this upcoming terrible storm they say is coming and my mind is very much at ease. Thank you RTR. I highly recommend them.

  Should be 10 stars! Joshua Partridge and his team are the definition of professional knowledge and service. They completed our whole house backup generator system in one day. The installation was well organized and clean. The walk through and explanation of its operation was patient and clear. On a Friday afternoon, three days after completing the installation, we discovered that our breaker box had a defective and obsolete main breaker which affected major systems in the house, including our heat. I called Joshua’s office and he immediately returned my call. After discussing the issue he left his weekly volunteer service in town early and came out to the house to look at it. The only solution was a new breaker box and main breaker. Joshua rearranged his personal schedule and came out early Saturday morning and spent the day replacing the entire breaker box. If this is not a customer focused business I’m not sure what is. While generator installation and service is their specialty, the Partridge teams’ expertise is the best I have seen.

  Josh and his team installed a whole house generator for us. This is our second generator, so we knew the drill. What really impressed me about Josh is his willingness to answer my questions about the installation and explain things in detail. Ha weas very thorough in checking out my home to recommend the best generator for our application. Josh's installation team was extremely polite and really seemed to care about our business. They communicated with us at every stage and helped us work through issues we had with the contractors doing other parts of the work (propane tank, gas line installation). On top of all of this, Josh had the best price of any of the companies that quoted us a generator. If you are looking for a whole house generator, i strongly suggest you talk to Josh. You will not be disappointed with the experience!
