- MCMartin ChampagneJan 17, 20265.0Just wanted to put a shout out to Parkway Heating & Cooling! Dave & Brandon are not only friendly & super guys but great technicians! We called them to inspect & clean our gas fireplace as we had an extensive amount of soot building up. They did a thorough inspection. Took unit completely apart, wire brushed the burner holes, replaced a couple parts, added steel wool & adjusted the flame to burn properly. They went outside, hiked thru the snow to inspect the exhaust, added a pipe extension, as it was not connected & cleaned out the exhaust vent where they found a nest & dead bird inside. Truly caring for our safety by going above & beyond. We highly recommend as they have earned our trust so much so that we will be having our furnace replaced by them soon. Blessed to have been referred to Parkway!
