Minimum service call fee plus additional labor and parts cost was beyond reasonable. I went from a non-functional furnace to perfectly functioning in an hour, and he educated me on preventative maintenance steps I should take to reduce future calls. Most importantly, he did not try to upsell me on updating to a new furnace, something any large service provider in the area would have done, without a doubt.
