  My personal experience with Blue Ridge Glass was terrible. Our order wasn't large, but there was one piece of glass we couldn't get delivered. Without this one piece, we had a large gaping hole in the front of our cabin, which prevented our contractor from finishing. I made several calls to Blue Ridge inquiring about the glass and was sent to our salespersons voicemail each time. I never once heard back from the salesperson and eventually I lost my patience. Today I called yet again and when I was told they would transfer me to our salesperson, I told the girl on the phone that was a waste of time because our salesperson was obviously a POS. This had been going on for months! She hung up on me. However before she was able to do so, I told her the next call Blue Ridge received from me would be on the behalf of my attorney. Amazingly our salesperson called me back within 10 minutes. It's a shame that you have to threaten a company with legal action to have them return a call.

  Blue Ridge Glass is EXCELLENT. Our shop was broken into and the door was shattered. Joe and Jordan showed up quickly and set about to easing our concerns. They were superfriendly, fast and efficient. We appreciate the job well done. Thank you, Blue Ridge Glass!

  I stopped by early this morning to see if they could repair a broken glass from a door belonging to an antique secretary. I was greeted by a couple of extremely nice young ladies. I told them the door belong to an older gentleman who lost his balance and hit his head against the glass. They were very compassionate and had one one of their workers repair it for me right away. The place is amazing and the people so caring. Will definitely go back if I am in need of glass repair or any of the other services they provide. Thank you for helping me help my friend.
