- BSBarb SchuelkeDec 13, 20231.0They have the worst costumer service ever! Gary V. was condescending, disrespectful and lied a number of times. I needed one stationary window and 2 smaller windows replaced. He told me that they didn’t replace windows, just the glass. Lie. He took on the job of the stationary window, which he measured wrong and he said that numbers got transposed. Lie. He measured wrong. He told me that he couldn’t put a rush on it, it would be another 6 weeks. Lie. The factory made it wrong, the second time, and it was done in a week. I was always the one that had to reach out to him, he didn’t ever bother to call me. He even went so far as to have the receptionist call me. I was never rude or disrespectful to him and I wish he would’ve given me the respect to call me and be respectful. Not sure if I was a women or if I wasn’t a “local” or both. Either way I will never give them my business again. Lesson learned.
