  We called to have one of our windows looked at for repair. Was transferred to the estimator, left message and we never received a return call. I guess they were too husy.

  Haven't done much business with them but called to see if by chance they had a octagon window or a peace of fixed glass laying around and I needed it that day or the next that was Thursday I think she said she would see what they had and call me back she called me back Monday evening but it' least she called
