  My experience with Charlotte Trimlight has been an Absolute Overall Excellent Experience from my initial contact to schedule an estimate to the training received on the lights operation following the completion of the install. The install team arrived when they said that they’d be here, they were very professional, they completed the job literally within 15 minutes of when they said they’d be done and they took extra time to walk my yard a couple of times to make sure that there was no install debris or screws left behind. We played with the available settings on our system after dark last night and are thoroughly pleased with the product that we purchased. I HIGHLY recommend Charlotte Trimlight to anyone who has considered adding these to your house. You Will Not be disappointed

  I have been a Trimlight customer since 2021. I love the system but especially have enjoyed and relied on the great customer service support provided from the previous and current owners. When there have been problems, I have experienced prompt responses to my concerns and prompt responses to remedy or talk me through how to operate the system. Overall, it’s been a great investment.

  Working with Charlotte Trimlights was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. I purchased up lighting and Trimlights. The salesman was very laid back, polite and helpful with all of my questions. Working with James along the way was great, as he provided clear communication and updates. The install team was also GREAT, they were very friendly, super efficient and also helpful with completing a demo after completion. The product itself is really cool and looking forward to using it more. I would highly recommend, the product is great and the experience was truly top notch!

  Couldn’t be happier with Trim light. The lights look really good, and are easy to use from the app. Customer service is top-notch as well. I recently had a power surge that fried a lot of electronics in my house, and the company owner came to my house the same morning to fix my issues. I couldn’t be happier.

  I had Trimlight of Charlotte install permanent lights around my roof line. The lights look wonderful. I worked with the owner James and his son Colter. They were great to work with. They were reliable and communicated throughout the process. There were some installation delays due to the storms that hit in February but they did everything they promised. Their team was excellent. They were genuinely interested in my satisfaction with the installation. Rigo did a fantastic job with the installation. He also took all the time I needed to explain how to operate the lights with the app. I couldn’t be more pleased.
