- SLSteven LesterMar 21, 20261.0Jacob Boone is a very good and professional tech. However my issue with the blower motor on my air handling unit was not fixed. Jacob said motor was bad I said I have a new motor I bought from grainger still in box Tech said he could not put the motor I bought on. He could only install motors from Rich’s heating and air. I was charged $125 for service call and $140 for labor and my unit is still not fixed. So $265 to tell me my blower motor is bad. So I wasted all that money and still have to get motor installed. So I will get on you tube and figure out how to install motor myself. Jacob you are awesome but I will not be using Rich’s Heating and Air again. By the way the company is appropriately named.
