- CRChristopher RayOct 20, 20251.0DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I rented a 6” wood chipper Friday afternoon 10/17/2025 to help my Dad out with getting up 4 trees he cut down. I get the machine to his house and we are going over it to make sure it ready to go Saturday morning. It wouldn’t start so we called up the store and they put us in touch with the shop manager that tried to walk us through some easy fixes to no avail. They sent a tech out to try to get it going but he wasn’t able to get the part to fix it. So we called the store up again and asked them what steps needed to be taken and was told they would refund me our money and have a guy come Monday to pick the chipper up. Them picking the chipper up and refunding me was confirmed with John the tech on Saturday morning in a text. I call the store Monday morning to confirm that we were being refunded and if I needed to come in and get the receipt or if the could email it to me, and to make sure someone was coming to pick it up. For the guy on phone to tell me that they could pick it but would have to charge me a pick up and drop off fee. So I had to leave work and spend 2 hours to go get the chipper and bring the broken chipper back to them after being told twice that they would come get it.
