    Thomas arrived at the time he said he would. He located the problem quickly and told me it would take an hour and a half to fix. He was to the second he said it would take him and my busted pipe was fixed. He walked me through everything showing me photos and giving suggestions for future things I could fix if I wanted. He was not pushy on adding things and made sure I was comfortable with pricing. He even offered me water bottles since the water to my house was shut off. Could not recommend more.

    Zach performed the seasonal preventative maintenance and checks of our 4 HVAC units. He was very thorough and explained all the checks he was doing. He said two of the units were perfect, one only needed a minor fix and the other 20+ year old unit has getting near its end of life. He told us what he recommended to extend its life but also asked the home office to supply us a quote for a new, much more efficient unit. No pressure, just take this into consideration and let them know which direction we wanted to go.

    Where do I begin? I was both a business and residential customer of this company for over two years and subscribed to their monthly maintenance plan. During a routine HVAC inspection, they informed me that one or more capacitors needed to be replaced — a repair quoted at over $600, which already included my member discount and maintenance plan. The technician completed the job in about 12 minutes, but within days we experienced new problems. On their third visit, they said I now needed a new module for another $546. That’s when I decided to check the prices myself and discovered the same part online for $117 — and it only takes about 10 minutes to install. I also looked up the three capacitors they had replaced earlier and found them for around $65 each. That’s a markup of roughly 500–600% on parts alone. Two visits $1081.00 😲 When I brought this up to their general manager, Aaron S., and expressed how unreasonable it seemed, he rudely called me a “haggler,” said he would refund my money, and told me they would no longer service my account. Granted every company needs to make money, but not take advantage like this. The service technicians themselves were professional and courteous, “sorry guys” but Aaron S’., the General Manager’s attitude was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I was hesitant to leave a negative review because of the technicians’ good work, but what ultimately drove me to leave a review was the General Manager Aaron S’. behavior. When I asked if the expensive part he wanted me to buy would guarantee to fix my AC, his response was “no guarantee.” Needless to say, I reached out to another local company — Dill’s Heating and Air. Austin, their technician, was honest, reliable, and upfront about pricing. His parts cost a little more than what I could find online, which is perfectly fair since every company needs to make a profit — but not at a 500–600% markup. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, which turned out to have nothing to do with the part the previous company insisted I needed. When I told the general manager Aaron S. that his attitude was unacceptable, he said it “wouldn’t make a difference” if I left a bad review as I shared with him. Well, you’re never too big to fail. Buyer beware — and thank you to Dill’s Heating and Air for their honest service here in WNC. **To your reply.*** You know that I'm a previous customer of yours. Invoice #26001813
