  Had my whole house repiped by this company. Jeb completed the work proficiently. When an error occurred he was as prompt as able to respond, address and resolve the issue. Very professional, knowledgeable, and empathic in his work. Would recommend for services you need in your home.

  Seth and Cale did an outstanding job working together on installing our new Trane unit. I would highly recommend Seth, Cale and Ward Plumbing, Heat and Air. The AC is cooling GREAT! Thank you!

  Brad and Sam came out and did a PHENOMENAL job installing our dishwasher! We finally have confidence in the work being done in our home. We had professional, expert service and I Have no worries about any installation issues going forward. In fact, Brad and Sam found a leaky water connection that the previous installer caused. I am already looking forward to my next project for Ward.

  This is our second time using Ward - first time was so fantastic (repipe and water heater install), when it came for our Master Bath renovation, there was no question that we wanted to use Ward. They're quick to come out, easy to understand bids, prices might be a tad higher than others but 5-star service that they're striving for, I'm willing to pay a little more for that. The technicians are great. Brad and Tony (and a few others they brought along the way) are all super friendly, talk to you like real people. When they don't know, they bring someone who does. We have an older home so moving drains and re-venting brought some challenges. I don't fault anyone for not knowing, or being stumped, or having to ask someone else. I appreciate the diligence they all showed in finding the right answer! But the administrative staff this time, was the bummer. We needed an inspection for this process, as the home-owners we just wanted to know... what's the process with the inspector, how do we hear from them, and every time we asked, we were getting shrugged off. You call Tyler, who really doesn't appear to like to his job he is so unpleasant on the phone, who sighs and squirms that you've interrupted his day, Again, and he'll put a message through to dispatch. He'll have Sandy call us back. One time we called, we got Sandy, and says she'll look into it and call us back. No one ever called us back. Also once a job is completed, the automated call & voicemail arrives from Aaron, and sounds as though they really care about their service and want to hear from you. We called that number and left a message... and still did not get a call back. In the end, the job is done. I'm happy with the price. Again, Brad and Tony were awesome. Thank you! But dealing with the office, dealing with the admin side of Ward, not at all 5-star service. Makes me question if this is the company I'll call next time.
