The bathtub in question is on the second floor and Tony made multiple trips to his vehicle for the necessary accoutrement without complaint or any indication of slowing down. He kept us informed of his progress and the status of the repair. He warned us when a particular piece of equipment (water jet) was going to be substantially louder than the sounds of his prior efforts. He was courteous and respectful; Mom is 87 and we have a large only partially-trained 6 year old dog from the animal shelter; Tony was decorous and genial. He answered all of my questions with patience and was able to offer more information than I initially thought I needed. Tony spontaneously offered practices and suggested products/devices to prevent the problem from recurring. He took the time to clean up the work area, indicating how long he needed to restore the bathroom to its initial state.
