They discovered the second leak when inspecting our hot water heater in our crawl space. Dripping down a water line from our shower above. Andrew found the leak in a connection to our on/off shower handle, and was able to repair it through a small opening after removing the cover to the valve. He fixed this without any damage to the tile. This explained the dripping we had been hearing inside the wall. They had aldo found another slow leak under the adjoining sink. To me, yhe homeowner, this was amazing work they completed. Grateful for the job they did! Fred
