I told them about an unrelated water pressure issue with our laundry sink. They quickly identified and remedied the problem and best of all it was under warranty as Ward had re piped our home ffour years ago. Both guys were very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

They were very professional and kept us informed at all times. They were very careful about putting boot covers before entering the house. Great service!

Bradley from Ward PHA looked at my issues, gave me an estimate and he and his assistant, Sam, got right to work. They had all the parts they needed on their truck and were able to do the whole job in a few hours. The work required cutting into two walls and a ceiling. They installed shutoff valves and access panels for each bib and left things looking better than it did before. If you can call plumbing work a good experience, this was it.
