  My go to plumber. Very honest and very intelligent. This man saved me from spending $4600 and coastal services from drilling into my house. They did not even mention hydro jetting out my sink line. Needless to say he cleaned my sink line and now my kitchen sink is back in order. Thank you so much, definitely would refer him to anyone out in town.

  I rarely leave reviews but this warrants one. Would leave zero stars if I could. I chose this company due to the great reviews on here, it’s only right I leave my experience…Contacted them on a Wednesday about an issue, was told someone would be out on Friday, they did not give me a time estimate. I waited all day on Friday, received a phone call at 6:30 pm that they wouldn’t be able to make it today and reschedule for Monday instead…Again, no time estimate. We decided to go with someone else after calling on Monday and AGAIN, being given the run around. Other folks we called were at our home within a couple hours, shout out Rouses Septic Tank Services. :)

  I called Jimmy about 7 years ago to install a water softener. Jimmy came out and installed it. At the time I was very happy but over the years my water pressure began to fall. I figured it was due to my tankless water heater. I didn't know you should descale it every year using the reccommended procedure. Fast forward to 2025. I decided to have my garage floor epoxied but to have this don't I had to remove my Softener from the floor in the Garage. I called Island Plumbing to come and remove it as I didn't want to do it the wrong way. I don't know why but after the tech removed it I asked which way the water was flowing into my house. She told me that I was wrong in my assessment for the water flow coming from the pump house into my house. The Tech stated that the way the softener was installed the Out was hooked up to the in and the in was connected to the out. Since Jimmy installed my water softener the wrong way My dog died only 8 yrs old (now I can't prove it was because of Jimy's mistake but it did happen), I had to replace a refrigerator because the water and ice were messed up, I had to replace my Tankless water heater, My dish washer, my kitched faucet and a bathroom faucet. Months ago I reached out to Jimmy to let him know people make mistakes and we need to do something about this. I told Jimmy that I wanted to go to online so bad and write a detailed review of what I believe he did but being a business owner I thought it best to talk about it. Jimmy's wife called me back and told me he felt awful about it and I am sure he did. We agreed that they would pay half of the replacement. I have sent invoices to Jimmy to his email on file. I had been corresponding back and forth with his wife via my web portal allowing me to chat with customers. To date 4 months after they were made aware and repeated reminders about their outstanding balance Jimmy and his wife have gohsted me. They have not paid or repsonded. I can factually back up my claimes other than my dog that drank that water it's whole life to die at 8 yrs old. Beware

  I can not say enough good things about Jimmy. He answered the phone after 6pm, finished up the current customer and then came over straight away. I had a backed up main pipe and could not flush anything. He did not charge me for after his either.
