- SRSea Angel Karen RamosJun 15, 20241.0Swansboro Heating and Air incorrectly installed 2 Trane units in my home. They sent non HAVAC people to install my units, did not pull permits. And my 10 year Trane warranty was void after 5 years because of their negligence. Instead of installing the correct diameter copper pipe to the unit they welded in a smaller size which caused my units to fail after 7 years. I would sue them but the court costs are more than the units are worth. After paying them for a maintenance agreement, they did not show up for 3 years. We wanted to support local businesses but we made a 15,000.mistake .They do not have HAVA techs on staff, I know because I went to the state site and they are not registered. Save your money do not due business with Swansboro Heating and Air.
