They figured out that the drain line to the septic tank was stopped up .. My dad and his wife is 86 years old and for them to be without access to a bathroom is not good, my husband called a few people to see when they could come and it was going to be a few days...He called Jimmy and at first Jimmy said it would be a few days as well but when my husband explained the situation, Jimmy rearranged his schedule and was to their house in a few hours and got the job done!! This meant so much to all of us and I will be recommending Jimmy to all of my friends and family!! Thanks Jimmy!!
