    The AC failed at a property occupied by a tenant. We called Gentry about 9 AM Monday morning and a repair person met me at the property early afternoon. He quickly found the problem: a broken wire connection to the capacitor. He repaired the connection to the capacitor and got the system running. He checked the coolant pressure and monitored the system. He then crawled under the house to check other parts of the system. He was very competent, knowledgeable and personable. I am very pleased with the technician and with Gentry service. Thanks so much.

    Thank you Gentry Service Group for the great experience! We received a quote for a new heat pump and air conditioning system on a Friday and were able to place an order same day to have everything promptly installed on Monday!! Paco and Alex were extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable throughout the installation and equipment startup.

    I have just had the twice yearly service of the HVAC system. Vinny was great. He’s a very professional young man. He notified me prior to arrival, updated me on the system when the service was complete. This was the 2nd time he has completed this job and both times he did a good job. Thanks Vinny!

A special thank you to Scott M, who has been my go-to maintenance technician for years. He does a fantastic job, is honest and trustworthy, and always takes pride in his work.     So I had a new hvac unit installed. Well the instal was decent enough, but afterwards had some issues. Gently sends out some kid who doesn't know what he's doing named Alex who tried to convince me I needed to spend more for issues that weren't even involved in the install. Later on I spoke with a guy named Austin who basically told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. Ended up going with a different company. Also learned that someone at Gentry died due to lack of training and safety procedures. Go figure. So if you want someone dying on your roof and poor customer service well go ahead and choose the corporate (yes that's right, not a small family business anymore) then choose this loss of money. Buyer beware!
