  Quite the selection. Prices are very good. Service is above a 5+ rating. And they know what they are talking about compared to some big box stores where you have to buy carpet padding by the roll, approximately 300 sq. Ft. Vs. buying at Wright's 120 sq ft or so. I'll go to Wright's every time I need flooring in the future.

  I would give Wrights Carpet 10 stars if possible. Had them carpet 3 rooms and stair runner. Something seemed odd about the carpet. I called, sent pictures and Wrights had David (manager) come out to have a look. He agreed with me and contacted the manufacturing rep. ALL carpet was removed and replaced with zero additional cost to me. They were professional. Didn't try to talk me into keeping the defective carpet and were totally supportive throughout the entire process. Both installations were perfect. Installers cleaned up after themselves and were careful with walls and woodwork. Ours is a second home in Black Mountain. We need Carpet in Ohio and would use Wrights Carpet if they were closer. Hats off to David, Laurie and the installers at Wrights. Absolutely perfect.

  Wrights is a great place for carpet. They are helpful with your selection, quick on installation, and they do a very thorough job of removing the old carpet, installing the new, and even vacumming when it is completed. I’m pleased with their work and would recommend them to others.

  Recently we made the decision to replace the carpeting in our home. And based on a recommendation from a close friend who suggested we come to Wright’s to check out your selections. Having worked in the carpet industry for over 25 years in Dalton we pretty much knew what we wanted. Your sales staff were most helpful in making suggestions and allowing us to take samples home to help us narrow down our selection. We selected an engineered floor. On the morning of the scheduled installation your team arrived right on time. Dorian, Edgar Sr. and Edgar Jr. could not have been more professional from start to finish. You are very fortunate to have dedicated employes like these three men to represent your company. We are very pleased with our selection and will be recommending Wright’s to others.
