WOW! I cannot say enough about my initial experience with Gentry! Here's what happened. We had some guests staying in one of our homes, and the downstairs heat went out. They texted me around midnight, and after trying troubleshoot, it was clear I needed to call an expert. I called about 4 companies and "Tyrell" from Gentry was the first to call me back. He called me about 15 minutes after I called, which was around 12:30am (middle of the night!).
Tyrell was so unbelievably kind, patient, and professional, which as we all know is sadly a rarity in our day and age. He told me he had one more job that night and could get to it next. I asked him if he could come the next day, per my guests' request. He said he'd come the morning of the next day.
He arrived about 10:45am and solved the issue. He called me and explained everything. He got my heat up and running again, and I was able to notify my guests who were out that day that it was fixed. And then he gave me the price...gasp... in the BEST way! It was one of the fairest prices I've ever been quoted by a heating & a/c company!
Whoever at Gentry hired Tyrell...I don't know who you are... but give that man a raise like YESTERDAY! You have struck solid GOLD with him! I've used a LOT of service companies over the year and have experienced the good, bad, and ugly. This was quite literally the BEST, and that is thanks to Tyrell. My wife was also blown away by the service.
