    We had Mr. Matt Torres with Gentry Heating and Air install our "smart" thermostat today and he was excellent. Matt was expedient and helpful, and very knowledgeable about the technology. He led us through the set up process, familiarized us with the system and gave us helpful information. He is a credit to the Gentry business. Thank you

    My HVAC system was having some trouble firing this fall. I called Gentry and they were able to come service it quickly. The service technician, Tim, showed up on time, was polite, clean, and tuned everything up for us. Tim and the rest of the team at Gentry provided great explanations of the issues we had as well as service. I will gladly continue using Gentry for all my HVAC needs in the future!

    My daughter called me in a panic saying the 30 year old HVAC unit under the house was vibrating badly. She shut off the breaker and prepared for a cold night. I prepared for the co$t. I called Sarah at Gentry the next morning and she quickly set up a service appointment. Technician Chris Boyer showed up exactly on time and got to work in the crawlspace only to find that a mouse had gotten in the squirrel cage fan (identity crises I guess...) This caused the unbalance and the vibration. Chris gave the little guy a respectful burial then cleaned and checked the rest of the system. Fantastic service, fantastic people! No, I don't work there. Yes, this is a real review! I cannot possibly be happier. Andrew
