One of them I was sure needed to be replace while the other one I really wasn't sure of the condition. Chad took a look at both of them and to my surprise he told me that the one I was sure needed to be replaced had at least 5 years left on it and the other had over 10 years of life left in it. He made my day! I really appreciated his expertise and most of all his honesty. When my roof does need to be replaced, Balken will be the only one I reach out to.
