The last homeowners did a diy and Balken came in and did a fantastic job! They had to replace about 11 sheets of plywood between the garage & house, plus a 2x4. The workers were professional and all in sync with one another. They worked quickly and efficiently in 30 degree weather. I really thought the price was going to be more than it was but it wasn't. You can't beat the 50 yr warranty with 25 yr labor warranty. Very happy with our new roofs.
