- NNNickMar 21, 20265.0We hired Terraforce land management to clean up roughly 9 acres of dense wooded area across multiple homesites in our residential development. We presented them with a challenging balance: clear enough undergrowth to open up views of the pond for bordering homesites, while preserving the natural feel of the trails that wind throughout the property. Seth and his crew executed this with incredible precision. The end result honestly exceeded anything we could have envisioned. They handled everything from clearing 20–30 hanging and downed pines, removing trees from the pond, and thinning the shoreline, to creating a perfect neighborhood picnic area on the peninsula. One homesite in particular was so dense it was nearly impassable—well over an acre completely covered in downed trees and thick briars. It was impossible for a buyer to even walk the property, let alone imagine building on it. Seth transformed it into one of the most desirable homesites in the entire development. Seth and his team are at the top of our list for future projects. They are professional, respectful, hardworking, and communicate exceptionally well. Most importantly, they truly listen and deliver exactly what the customer is trying to achieve. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
