Unlike the past HVAC contractor I used, Justin actually preformed a load calculation to size my new unit.

When we moved to our new home, we knew that we would continue with maintenance with them. Recently we have had issues with mold and moisture in the home. I messaged Ashley at the office and she sent Justin, the owner, over to assess what was happening. He knew immediately that our unit was oversized and he ran a very thorough load calculation and then explained why the mold and moisture issues were happening (unit was short cycling and not getting humidity out of the house). We ended up having to have the whole unit and ductwork replaced asl well as all the exhaust fans in the bathrooms. We moved out while the HVAC work and then mold remediation was done. Justin and Ashley worked with us every step of the way, keeping us updated on progress, explaining the process and sending me pictures. They also work closely with the team who was doing the remediation of the mold. I wish I remembered everyone’s name who work on our house but to Tanner, Ethan and the rest of the Team…thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of our home and for making this stressful time a little easier. I will never buy another home without Justin and the Southern team checking our unit and ductwork first.

Highly recommend this company for their prompt and reliable service.
