I called Lentz to pump my septic system like I’ve done at two other properties. This property has a septic pump. They communicated well, pumped out the tank, I was happy until 12 days later when I noticed that the septic pump alarm was going off.
Took off the lid and looks like both the float switches are on the bottom of the tank. Called Lentz septic to have them come back out and check the switches. They said that they didn’t pump the pump tank, and they could transfer me to the brothers business, Lentz Wastewater, but I’d have to pay for them to come out.
The float switches worked before they did the work. Why not after they do the work on a 6 year old system.

Jason Trivette was very thorough and communicative to us about what we should be doing (Not using our disposal, getting serviced every 3 years instead of 5, etc) and was conscientious about taking care of our landscaping. WE will use Lentz again for septic clean-out.
