Dropped off my 2 small parts to the lady at the front desk and she also said it would be about a week. I told her that's fine. She took my info and told me to place my parts on the floor in the office next to a bunch of other stuff. The place was a scattered mess. I know it's a shop, but some simple organization goes a long way. I was a little hesitant based on what I saw in the office alone. I went back 3 weeks later as I didn't hear anything and just as I feared, my parts were sitting in the same spot that I placed them. No tags, no information on who they belonged to, what color needed to be coated, nothing. I can't comment on their quality as I'm not waiting, I was told 1 week, 3 weeks later still sitting in the same spot. I'm sure he does good work, but if you can't communicate nor commit to the time frame you told me, I unfortunately will not do business with you. It's unfortunate as I own a fabrication shop and was looking for someone in Statesville.
