- DSDavid Thomas Sr.2 days ago2.0Could be less! Started out the salesman was truly that! A slick talking salesman. Then the installation crew got here and they were awful. Just in a hurry to prove they could install 38 windows in a day. Well they got them all installed but not finished until the next day. It appeared that the crew was a man and some family members and a few more. They were loud and using inappropriate language. Then they were gone. My white carpet had very dirty stains on it in multiple rooms and we are still finding scraps from the install in our flower beds and yard. But even that isn't the worse part. We had windows that were not siliconed, windows missing tilt mechanisms, misalignments and damaged sashes. So they came out and did a few things but were supposed to be here today (3/23) at 11:00. At 11:59, I received a call that the tech was on another job and would need to call and reschedule. So here I am, having wasted another day to fix issues that should not even exist. I just wonder what will happen next!
