  Top Notch Service! Honest, Caring, Great Customer Service, On Time, Great Quality. Business is locally owned by Jimmy and his wife Mallory they did some minor repairs for us to allow us time to save to be able to do a complete replacement roof. They even came out a couple times to fix the tarp when we had a tropical storm. Then we got a complete roof replacement. I have to say it's the nicest looking roof in our neighborhood. If you are looking for a trustworthy locally owned company Willis Roofing is who you should call!

  My husband Dave and I can’t recommend Willis Roofing enough. We live in Massachusetts and own a vacation home in North Carolina. Upon arriving for Thanksgiving we noticed a water stain on the roof. We asked about contractors in the area through a locals page on Facebook. Willis Roofing’s name was recommended a lot. I reached out to Jim and within two days he got to the house, got on the roof and showed us what our problems were. He put in a reasonable bid and then told us about a grant for roofs that I had never heard of. Long story short we ended getting back $10,000 through this grant. Everything was seamless in regards to Jim telling us when the job would start and when they would be done. The grant process was easy to and Willis roofing was extremely efficient getting the paperwork needed for the grant to where it needed to be. Living 750 miles away is stressful when a large job like a roof replacement is going on but it really was so easy with this company. Super knowledgeable and 100% honest and sincere was our experience. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Thanks again Jim and the entire Willis roofing crew!

  We recently were in need of a new roof. We saw Jim Willis, of Willis Roofing on our local TV station, WWAY, and contacted them to change out metal roof, that had failed and needed to be replaced. We decided on a fortified roof and qualified for a roof Grant with the NC Wind and Hail insurance. Through the Grant process we picked 4 roofing companies, Willis Roofing was one of them. They gave us a bid that explained everything that was to be done and what exactly to expect from the company. We ended up picking Willis from the 4 roofing companies and we were very glad we did. The crew arrived on site before dawn, got all their gear together and started working...they did not stop until the job was done. The entire time, Arnol was taking pictures and advised us all along the way. Our insurance company had already advised us that there should be some wet decking under the metal roofing, there was none..with photos to prove it the job continued on to completion. The roof today looks great and we are sure that it will hold up to whatever Mother Nature brings our way. Thank you to the Willis Roofing family we appreciate everything that they did to help us through this process.

  We participated in the NC Strengthen Your Roof Grant program through NCIUA. We had a 21 yr, roof and now it's NEW thanks to Willis Roofing and NCIUA. NCIUA contributed $10,000 toward the roof costs, the balance we paid.

  Willis Roofing did an outstanding job of replacing the roof on our home. They are very pleasant to work with and do exactly what they say they will do. They made some excellent recommendations which we went with and are glad we did. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a roof replacement or new roof.
