  MOCEAN was excellent to work with! They did a complete outdoor remodel for our home in Old Southport - including metal roof, windows, doors, siding, painting, front porch, and a two-story back deck. They not only understood our vision, but went out of their way to help us add small details to help the end design come to fruition. Their team was skilled, detail oriented and above all, a joy to work with! Anyone who has ever built or completed a major renovation understands how important it is to work with a team that strives to make the process as easy as possible. MOCEAN exceeded our expectations in all areas. We cannot say enough about this company and team of wonderful people.

  I was fortunate enough to receive a grant for a Fortified Roof through the NCIUA and was provided with information on all contractors that were certified in installing these specialized roofs. I am forever grateful to MOcean Contracting for the phenomenal job they did from the first moment they were selected. They were side by side with me during the entire process and I firmly believe that because they are a family-owned business, each customer is a priority to them, and it is their mission to ensure I was totally happy with the service they provided, and I was! I can only compare them to a well-oiled machine - the communication was incredible from every department. It started with Levi Annas, their Sales Manager who walked me through MOcean Contracting’s philosophy and experience with installing Fortified Roofs, and then Peyton Skiles, their Roofing Project Manager, scheduled the installation and arrived with his roofing team, and throughout the process, Lacey Penley was on top of all the documents and certificates that I needed to sign, complete or retain. Going back to the installation – I have never seen a more hardworking group of individuals then the professionals that arrived with Peyton for the installation. I know it is a long and difficult process to install a roof, let alone a Fortified one that requires additional steps, but it was non-stop teamwork from the moment they arrived, and there was no evidence (nails, debris, etc.), on my yard when they were finished except for a beautiful roof. My eyes watered when I saw my roof and they were genuinely pleased for me. I know every one of the roofers took pride in their job and were happy that I was so pleased. I want to say more but will finish by saying that I have NEVER worked with a company that was so proficient and customer oriented. Every employee of MOcean Contracting showed the utmost professionalism and their work ethic was of the highest caliber and I give them my highest recommendation!

  A fantastic, knowledgeable and excellent workers. Peyton, the roof expert knew exactly what and where my roof weaknesses were located. MOcean is not only a roofing contractor. They do just about anything else needed by a homeowner.
