  We had a total renovation where MOcean had to gut the inside due to age, mold and not being taken care of. All widows, siding, hardwood floors were also replaced. We can’t say enough good things about Kevin & MOcean, his employees and subs! They were great to work with. MOcean even had an engineer come out to ensure things were done safely. He guided us to an excellent interior decorator and landscaper. Kevin oversaw everything and was not satisfied until we were satisfied. We could always depend on questions/concerns answered even after hours. We now have a beautiful home to enjoy.

  We used M’Ocean Contracting to build our beach house from the ground up. They made the entire process easy! They were attentive to detail, communicated often, responded quickly, and offered sound advice with their knowledge and expertise. We would absolutely work with them again!

  M’ocean did such a great job! Communication was super clear, quality of roof installation excellent and it was installed on time and in budget. BHI has specific processes and Peyton ensured everything happened smoothly. Super impressed with them and I highly recommend!

  I had Mocean Contracting replace my roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’ve worked with the owners in the past, but this was my first time hiring them for a project at my own home—and they absolutely delivered. They are great people running a great business. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional, with excellent communication every step of the way. Levi and Peyton were especially helpful throughout the project and always responsive to any questions or updates. The quality of the work was outstanding and the team was reliable, organized, and easy to work with. I’m very pleased with both the finished roof and how responsive and attentive their entire team was. I would highly recommend Mocean Contracting to anyone looking for quality work and a company you can truly trust.

  I had a great experience with MOcean roofing. The performed exactly as promised under a tight timeline. Job was done with excellent quality amd cleaned up perfectly. It is refreshing have a company exceed expectations, stay on budget, and have excellent communication during the process. Very happy customer.
