- TDTad DanielsMay 6, 20221.0Very disappointing after sales customer service. I purchased 14-22 foot 8x8 pilings in October that were delivered in a bundle. The bundle was on my vacant lot in the original packaging until yesterday when I began to install them. One of the pilings on the bottom row,that was unobservable until others on top of it were moved, was severely bent and unusable. I contacted BFS, spoke to Mike Fife(sp) requesting a replacement. He said he believed the product was delivered in good condition and its current condition was not BFS's problem. He offered no relief or support and his lack of basic customer service sensitivity has resulted in a delay in my project and additional costs for material and labor. Mr Fife's action has cost him this customer and if "word of mouth" is as effective as I hope,, I won't be the only customer he looses.
