  My husband and I knew from our first contact with Delina she was the person to design our house. We had done several major renovations in the past but never built a house from ground up. Delina immediately took away all our anxieties. She replaced them with excitement and fun. We brought her a simple plan from a magazine. She turned it into a one of a kind. It has everything we wanted plus more based on her input. Every bit of space is functional for now and in the future. She worked quickly, efficiently and creatively. It was amazing. She knew the architectural requirements of the community and the standards of the builder. There were no surprises when it came to working with both.   My wife and I engaged 3D Designs to design our new home. Being an engineer for 40 years who has been involved in the design and construction of large commercial projects, I wanted an architect that could capture the house my wife and I dreamed of. Delina and 3D have not only met all of our expectations, she exceeded them! She listened to what we wanted and quickly and efficiently got our ideas down, into a concise and attractive plan. When we put that plan out for bid, we learned that the cost of construction had recently gone up, for a variety of market driven reasons. Delina and 3D came to the rescue. making a few, small and focused adjustments that resulted in cost savings that allowed us to still achieve the house of our dreams and in our budget. Delina and 3D provided timely communication, accurate work products that came in on time, met our budget constraints, and made our dreams come true! The depth of design experience this professional architect brings to her client make her and her team real winners!

  My wife and I went to Delina with an overall vision for a house we wanted to build on a lot we owned in Southport. From our first meeting we were impressed by the way she listened to us, made suggestions and gathered information necessary to begin our project. Her experience, knowledge and professionalism were evident throughout. She is also very personable and evinced genuine enthusiasm for working with us. Her experience in dealing with POA restrictive covenants and architectural guidelines, survey and permitting processes, etc. proved invaluable to us as she discovered discrepancies in the paperwork we had on our lot and what was recorded by Brunswick County. Her expertise and tenacity in her advocacy for us resulted in a positive outcome regarding these issues. She is an excellent communicator and great about making revisions and incorporating desired changes during the design period. Everything was also done in a very timely manner. We now have a beautiful design for our future home. Delina and 3D Designs have our highest recommendation.
