Come to find out: they broke our generator, cracked it and fuel leaking EVERYWHERE! They claimed nothing was wrong and then , after we repeatedly attempted to contact them to return to fix, they never returned our call and now we are stuck with a very large bill. I hope people see this review and consider another company.

Is it April 1 or September 1? If so, your generator is in a semi-annual “burn-off”. Since the weekly exercise times are short, the generator will run for about 45 minutes to make sure that all condensation in the engine is burned off. If it’s not April 1 or Sept 1, please call us!
