We originally lived in Long Island, NY, but have been in NC for the past 16yrs in Wilmington. Cant wait for this next chapter. Bob, our sales manager was an absolute pleasure to work with. He took time to explain everything about what Stanley Martin homes has to offer and always kept in touch with us. If he didn't know something right there, he found out and called us back promptly. Looking forward to our new home and being closer to our grandaughter.

We looked at many other communities in the area, but wanted an active 55+ community with a pool. We love the house designs that Laurelbrook offers and the fact that this is a new community. We have had great people to work with associated with Stanley Martin and Laurelbrook. We highly recommend checking out this new and up and coming Community.
