- AAannette4ncsuOct 14, 20231.0If I could leave 0 stars I would. The flooring depot did an absolutely terrible job installing a new LVP flooring at my beach house. The cost was over 30k and the floor buckled and the stairs were improperly installed. I called the manager / owner? Several times and was promised the issues would be addressed but I am now resorting to hiring a handyman because the floor boards are coming up in sections. I recently was told this flooring is not suitable for stairs but never received this information when I ordered the flooring. I would absolutely steer clear of this store in the future and will never buy from them again. Wish I could post pictures. Will try yelp again and post photos
