  I’ve had a poor experience trying to get my shed insulated due to repeated communication failures and no-shows. Dec 11: Called for an estimate. Was told someone would schedule a visit. No one followed up. Dec 15: Called again. Someone finally came out. Dec 17: Received the quote. Dec 19: Signed and returned the contract. No response. Dec 22: Follow-up email sent. No response. Day after Christmas: Called (no answer). Dec 30: Called again and was scheduled for Jan 2. Jan 1: Left a voicemail with additional info. No callback. Jan 2: No one showed up. Called both offices; one answered. They said I was “on the truck” and they would call back — they never did. It's been almost a month. Per their instructions, I removed everything from the shed to prep for the work. The items are still sitting in my house because the work never happened. The lack of communication and missed appointments make this company unreliable, and I would not recommend them.

  Dan at Insulating Inc was great to work with on our project, which was improving the insulation in one of our homes and adding insulation in areas of the home that had never been insulated. All in all, we brought the insulation in the attic and addition to r38 after I went in and air sealed the attic prior to the job. The workmen were efficient and respectful, accomplishing the job in a fraction of the time it would have taken me. I did have problems initially contacting the company so I called the Raleigh office and they put me in touch. Highly recommended.
