  Kaleb and Spencer did a great job of reviewing our county approved drill locations with us the day before starting. The day of drilling Kaleb talked me through all stages of the process and helped set expectations. When we reached water depth they talked me through the best scenarios and how to make sure the well would produce enough for our needs. The day was a good experience from starting to finish and I'm glad we had Rowan Well Drilling help us with our new home build project.

  We have a 605ft deep well and our water suddenly stopped appearing in the house. I hastily called a plumber and I interrogated them on whether they actually understood wells...reply: "oh yes we do them all the time". So I had them come diagnose the issue... It turns out the translation for that plumber is that they falsely recommend pulling the entire well head just to diagnose what is "wrong" - at $3k because they can't tell without pulling the whole pump out. That's what they mean by "doing wells". I smelled a rat, so I called Rowan and the next day Johnny and his side-kick John came out to verify the well. These guys know ALL THE THINGS and my well is just fine...they proved it to me with demonstration of water coming out, diagnostics, actual data (my water level using their sonar) and confirmed the problem is a MASSIVE LEAK somewhere. They patiently walked the property with me to see where the problem is and BOOM - we saw the leak and our yard hydrant had busted, deleting all pressure into our home. If Johnny did not exist, I would have paid for probably a $8K repair on a well that wasn't broken and still had that leak...the plumber would have said "oh, looks like the well AND the leak are the problem!". Anyways...if you have any well work to do - stop looking around and just call Rowan...they even talked to me afterwards to sound out alternate ways to fix this issue because they actually care about you. Thanks Johnny for being kind, patient, and a freaking awesome engineer that knows how things actually work!

  Travis and Cam came out to help us with a busted pipe after our recent winter storm. After coming to the rescue, they came back again later on in the day to help fix our main issue, our water filter. They treat you like family, and work hard to help fix whatever issues come to surface with kind smiles, as well as walking you through the steps. Thank you so so much, our family now has running water and coming from a family with our newest member being 10 months old-we’re beyond thankful and grateful!

  Johnny and Austin worked well into the dark to get my new well pump and motor installed along with the 700ft of piping that had to be removed. They educated me along the way and were meticulous in their work. Highly recommend Rowan Well Drilling

  This is the second time I have called them! Each time was great! They are always professional and pleasant to work with! They also showed that they have much knowledge of what should be done in each situation! When I need anything related to my well they are the only one I want to call!
