I could not be more satisfied with Register’s Well. When our pump quit I called them and they were at our house within 2 hours. Pump was replaced and we had water again. We did have some issues but I called and they immediately sent someone out. It took 3 visits total, no fault of their own, to get us completely going but they ALWAYS came promptly on the first call and when they said they would. The staff was so friendly and helpful, from the owner, David, the office staff, Angie, and the service men. I felt their prices were fair and would definitely use them again and recommend them highly! These days it’s hard to find companies, like them, that show up when they say they will and get the job done.

Great company from office staff to technicians. Very reasonable pricing and often finish repairs within just a couple of hours of calling them.

We can’t be thankful enough for this company! They responded so fast and helped us when our well had problems. Angie, the receptionist, was more than helpful and super knowledgeable and responsive/got back to us if any questions! Thank yall so much!
A service call is a service call. KNOW WHAT YOU’RE GETTING IN TO.
New home owner here. My well went out and so I replaced the entire well pump and motor by myself. It didn’t fix the issue which left me scratching my head. Come to find out I didn’t prime the pump. I called them and they poured some water in the pump, then left after about 2-5 minutes. The gentleman didn’t speak English but we had a good laugh about it regardless. Glad it was a simple fix and got water back. However I was shocked to get a 170$+ bill. I called the receptionist (who was nice) and I questioned the amount on the bill. She said the money was for “wear and tear on the truck” and to pay employees. For frame of reference we live about 5 miles away from this company. I understand that people have to pay bills and such but almost $200 for pouring water in a pump seems a bit extreme. Disappointed in the customer service from this company and as a small business owner myself I would definitely not have responded this way. Won’t be using them again in the future unless they are the last resort. How they could handle this better is advising it’s 200$ to step on the property on the initial phone call. Thanks for coming to my TED talk.
