  I recently closed on my townhouse at Towns at the Point by Ashton Woods, and I can confidently say the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The community itself is beautifully designed, and the quality of construction and attention to detail in my home is truly impressive. A huge part of what made this journey so seamless was Nicki Cramer, the Community Sales Manager. From the very first interaction, Nicki was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a smooth and stress-free experience. She was always available to answer questions, walked me through every step of the process with patience and clarity, and went above and beyond to ensure all the details were handled. Her communication was top-tier, and you can tell she really cares about her buyers — not just the sale. Move-in day was just as amazing. Everything was ready, the home was in excellent condition, and the entire Ashton Woods team made the transition feel effortless. It’s clear they take pride in delivering a quality product backed by exceptional customer service. If you’re considering buying at Towns at the Point, do yourself a favor and ask for Nicki — you’ll be in great hands.   I recently purchased my townhome with Ashton Woods, and I wanted to share my experience. From the very beginning, Nicki made the touring process smooth, welcoming, and informative. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Ben, the project manager, was also incredibly helpful throughout the process.   Nicky is an excellent person and a wonderful human being. I understand that her job is to be a Salesperson, but to sell effectively, you have to be someone who genuinely likes people—possessing qualities such as patience, grace, charisma, and deep knowledge of what you are selling. Nicky possesses all these wonderful qualities and goes the extra mile to assist the buyer. And I’m extremely satisfied and happy.

Despite some unexpected challenges with the lender we initially considered, she did everything possible to help us move forward.
