- RDRohini DuaFeb 9, 20261.0Worst Builder in Town. I purchased my house 8 months ago from this builder. They gave all the good words but last 8 months we r going through hell. Two weeks ago From snow That Driveway turned in to a Disaster. Cracks everywhere and Cement is Coming off from all over Driveway. When I called them they were blaming snow for this disaster. They use third party to build those driveways and foundations. They did a third grade job to build those driveways. Cheap stuff and Cheap labour. This Company wanted to save big money and now Customer r paying the price. This is not a reliable company. Don't trust Ashton Woods. They do Fraud with customers. Thanks

Lloyd Tolson has been exceptional in guiding us through the process and answering questions along the way. The floorplan for the Caroline is exactly what we want! Amenities look to be excellent. As with any national builder there are things to expect. We can’t wait to get you to our new space! The town of Rolesville is quiet enough for us but growing rapidly!

There is an obvious attention to detail not only in the models, but in all of the inventory homes I saw as well. Ashton Woods definitely didn’t cut corners in design and in the execution of its product. The location is 10/10. Great proximity to daily essentials and local favs. The crew out there was extremely knowledgable and beyond pleasant. Can’t wait to see the community continue to progress!
