He took all the time we needed to fully understand the product, warranty and build of the windows. He gave a very good demonstration. He worked up the numbers clarifying the options we wanted. The price he quoted was spot on un respect to our expectations. The other company we got a quote from was more than 3 times the price. The quality of these windows seems excellent. The installation crew on time to start the project. They worked all day and the next. They weren't able to complete the project the second day because of some extra install issues, so they were back bright and early Saturday morning and work all day to finish. They had to do quite a bit of extra build up to get the windows secured and water tight. They did a spectacular job and the windows look and work fantastic. My wife can't get over how much she loves these, yes I said loves them. At this point we are very pleased with our purchase

How can I prepare my house for my replacement windows?
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
