  Our bathroom flooded yesterday and we spent several hours calling around for a plumber to come and handle our emergency. Everyone was closed so we left messages. I finally reached Danny's in Rocky Mount and I live in Gaston NC the last exit before VA. I was desperate. I was given some advice to help relieve the pressure and a plumber would be out the next day. To my surprise, Danny's called me back and said plumber on the way now. Yeah. They cleaned the drain out from my house to where the main junction is near the street and now I am back in business. Hopefully we can clean up all this water with minimal baseboard damage. Thank you so much Danny's for getting someone out here to help us.

  I was initially very impressed with the prompt service I received this Monday when I called and a technician was out 4 hours later checking our well and tank. I was informed that we would need a new rank and after inquiring about cost was told "I don't know we have to order the part". I told the technician I understand and thanked him for his time but never gave authorization to order any parts as I had not received an estimate which is standard practice in most industries. After waiting to receive said estimate I called this morning (Wednesday) multiple times but because there was no voice mail box set up I was unable to leave a message. It was not until my husband called that we spoke to someone. We were told that the tank was already ordered and nonrefundable but that they would not be able to give an estimate on cost for the job. When asked why the tank was already ordered as we had not been given an estimate my husband was told that me saying I understand we needed a new tank and that they did not have any at the store was authorization to order it. When my husband pushed back about needed a cost estimate and estimate about when the job would be done he was told "we don't know". Very disappointed in this company as it is very well known industry standard to give an estimated cost for a job and to receive authorization prior to starting a job. I was not even quoted labor rates which is something thr technician should have known. We will be taking out business elsewhere.
