- LDLacey DuBoisAug 20, 20251.0After seeing in their listing that they were open 24 hours, I called Saturday night looking for emergency AC repair. I left a voicemail asking for someone to call me back. Today is Wednesday and I am still waiting for that call.
- BKBorn KnowledgeAug 31, 20231.0Very disappointing experience! After 20 minutes of fumbling around…. Shocking himself and cursing the ac unit still wasn’t fixed. Was told the condenser was bad…. It wasn’t ‼️ Was told i would have to replace the whole unit…. I didn’t‼️ Called Jackson and Sons they came out checked the wiring and fuses and located the problem within minutes. Replaced fuse & fixed shorted wire…. AC unit was back up and cooling in no time😀 However i’ma bit upset that Bulluck still requested the $150 bucks for doing absolutely nothing!

I spoke to Mr. Bulluck who was very professional and came right out. I mentioned to him what the ac was not doing and with just looking at the unit he already knew what the problem was. He replaced the part and it works like a charm. Would recommend very knowledgeable with quick and professional service!
