I called Boswell & Son on Monday and Tuesday morning they were out pumping the tank and inspecting everything. Initially they thought I would need a new pump, floats, and fuses. Blake came out and inspected it and discovered I needed a new panel box and wiring. He took the time to explain everything to me and showed me what was needed. He answered questions for me, and said they would be out as soon as possible, but that it was okay to do laundry and wash dishes, etc. They came out on the Monday before Thanksgiving and had us up and running. The pricing was incredibly reasonable, and they did excellent work. I will not use anyone else for any septic issues from now on. They have my business!
