Woman at the office took my name down twice and said she would call right back with a time, call never came. Saw a service man at the neighbors and asked if he could do it while he was next door, sure no problem the tech said. Called the office once again and told her the tech next door said he could do the work right away. Lady at the office said he would be right over, tech never came. Done with this company, I'll put my money in someone else's hands.
