The part was ordered and Lauren came out to install it. However, my air handler is old and the part was incorrect. And when I say old, the unit is 20-25 years old for context. Lauren got on the phone with the company, procured the correct part number and said they’d be in touch once they were able to locate the part. All in all, I’m happy with how they’ve managed the issue, however, some attention to detail may have avoided the issue with the wrong part.
