  Have to say that Thermo Direct did an awesome job. When my AC went out and I called my usual company, they came out, inspected and determined my entire unit was not able to be repaired (It had lasted 26 years which is amazing). I wanted to get a second opinion so I called Thermo Direct. They came out, were professional and Determined the system could be repaired but the cost would be almost as much as replacing the entire system. On top of that, the tech determined the existing duct work had holes and was losing about 20% of heating and cooling into the attic (which my first company didn't find). This was the deal closer for me. Thorough, showed pictures and walked me through everything that was wrong over video since I was out in CA at the time). On top of that, they had a special deal with Rheem AC offering 60 months with 0% financing. A free loan for 5 years? YES PLEASE!!!!! Demarcus contacted me prior to coming to the house, was polite, respectful and explained in detail his plan of action. Told us it would take 2 days but they completed it in one long day. Everything looks great. County inspector will be out next week to sign off on the work. I have included before and after pics to show old system and the beautiful new system. If you need a new system and want to take advantage of that financing special, please contact them. Also, do not forget your rebates through the HOME system of NC. The rebate can be as much as $16,000 based on income and needs. For me I believe it will be $4000.

  Got them to come out and give me a quote on replacing my water heater. They were between other vendors in pricing but wanted to leave them a review because they were so professional from start to end. Most companies didn't want to come out at all without charging a service fee and wouldn't give me a quote over the phone for a base installation price or even a ball park range. Thermo Direct came out for free to give me a quote, had email/text reminders to let me know they were coming and a detailed quote emailed to me minutes after they were out the door. Very impressed with their service and professionalism.

  Top-notch service! We had Aaron out to assess our gas range and figure out how to get it compatible with our new home’s setup. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was needed. It’s a huge relief to have a clear recommendation from someone who actually knows their stuff.   We contacted them on a Sunday afternoon when our water heater decided to die. They were able to schedule an estimate for us on Monday for a replacement, and then complete the installation on Tuesday. Steven walked us through several replacement options then was the technician to complete the installation. The entire experience was excellent.

  Stephen was not familiar with the type of water purification I had at my house. He stayed about 10 minutes. He did not do anything except take some water to test and he said he would get back with me with results on Monday and I did not hear from. Him. I should have not been charged since he did not know how to operate my system. He did not put any salt in the machine. I was ripped off.
