  Knowledgeable and thorough. They will try to sell you add-ons i didn't feel were necessary, but the ~300.00 dispatch and pump were done fast. He cleaned up and we'd be happy to have them do biannual maintenance and bid when it comes time to replace or extend the field.

  Robert was amazing. This was the first time I had my septic tank pumped since buying my house and he walked me through everything he did and showed me what I needed to do to maintain a good system. I would 1,000% recommend Septic Blue to others.

  Highly recommend! Wonderful company from the start. I called several companies in the area and none were as professional as Septic Blue. I love that they do text messages for confirmations. The phone call I got from them in the morning did not ring it went to voicemail for some reason but that was the only wonky thing about my experience. The tech that came out was the best! Rob was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. A joy to have work on our home. Will be returning for services with this company and specifically Rob again for sure!

  Zero stars. These jokers made me sit around my house for hours one afternoon. After texting me they would be late, I took a 15 minute shower. In the course of that time, they texted me to say that I was coming and needed to confirm I was there (3:44) and then then at 3:58 telling me they were canceling due to a nonresponse. I texted back at 4:02 saying I was there and ready. I called the dispatcher and they said they had "moved on." Avoid. Terrible way to treat a customer. Would never use or recommend -- absolutely obnoxious to cancel in that fashion. EDIT: Owner is lying about multiple attempts to contact me. They claimed they made phone calls, no such evidence exists on my phone. I got two texts 14 minutes apart, the first demanding I confirm in 15 minutes and then 14 minutes later cancelling. I texted them FOUR minutes later. After waiting for hours for them they claimed it was "too late." So in addition to rude, unprofessional and obnoxious in how they treat customers, we can add "liars."

  While they are friendly they quoted me a lower price of $225 for a 1000 gallon tank based on my # of bed/bath. Once they arrived they told me I had a 1200 gallon tank so they had to charge me $325 for a 1500 gallon tank service, a “dispatch fee” of $58 previously not disclosed and since the tank was full I was being charged an “excess gallons” fee of $140. I pointed out if I’m paying for up to 1500 gallons how can also pay for excess gallons when my tank is only 1200 gallons. At that point they said “that’s just how they do it”. Beware of this company, they are friendly but using unethical pricing practices to get to your property then upsell through fear tactics. Would not recommend.
