  Kyal came out to check why my power was going out on one part of the house. Kyal was very personable and professional. He came right in and wanted us to tell him what issues we were having and he told us everything he was gonna check and do before he did it, and while working he answered every question we had for him because clearly I knew nothing and wanted to know what was this and that for and he kindly explained to me. I love that he was very knowledgeable and told us what he believe the issues were and said let him check and change the GFI outlets first and maybe he wouldn’t have to put a hole in the wall to check the wiring. Kyal was right and the issues we were having were solved the wiring in the outlets were faulty. However, the dishwasher still wasn’t working but Kyal stated it was getting power and is making noise and to contact a plumber and they would take it apart and clear it out and tell me the problem. My first experience having to call an electrician and it was a great and satisfying one. Thank you Kyal!😊

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the start, Jake set the tone for exceptional service and he arrived early and even gave us a heads-up that he was on the way, which we really appreciated. What turned out to be a complicated job in our older home could have easily become overwhelming, but Jake guided us through every step. He clearly explained what needed to be done to bring everything up to code and ensured we’d pass inspection without issue. What really stood out was Jake’s willingness to go above and beyond. When our contractor’s helper didn’t show up, Jake stepped in without hesitation and kept everything moving. That level of teamwork and professionalism is rare. At one point, the stress level was high, but honestly, I’m pretty sure Jake saved my marriage in the process! 😄 We were so impressed that we signed up for the annual service plan on the spot. I highly recommend Jake and Michael & Sons!!!

  After a plumbing emergency caused significant damage in our home, he was incredibly thorough from start to finish. He made sure all moisture was fully cleaned and treated and took every precaution to prevent mold from spreading throughout our home. He treated our son’s room with the same care and attention he would give his own family’s home, which meant so much during such a stressful time. Communication was excellent throughout the process—he always let me know when he was on the way, explained everything he was about to do, and kept me updated on progress every step of the way. He worked quickly and efficiently, while also taking great care to clean up thoroughly after the demo. He maintained a positive attitude, made solid recommendations, and truly went above and beyond to help us through a very overwhelming situation. As someone who works remotely, I especially appreciated how respectful he was of my workspace and work hours.

  Sorry but I don't feel comfortable with someone that contracts the information I tell her insisted that unit was 2014 .first of all I had an outside unit put in in early 2015 by ats and another complete unit installed around 5 years later. 2020.i have the records ars has the records. Prices around 7 to 8000 dollars ea. Recently in December ars came out checked out unit.pulled meters and tools took covers off ect ect. Told me the outside unit was still within limited( lower limits) to be replaced but was still working and checked out. Then he replaced a condenser and said he would have to order something else( around an 800 dollar part. All this too an hour. The condenser allowed the inside fame to run just fine for a day or so but it took a couple of weeks to order the part and I had trouble contacting them.. sort of irritated me so I cancelled the order. I have a wood stove in the house so I was fine until spring . You man spent 40 minutes here didn't use a tool. Or better or nothing. Didn't take cover off outside unit. He just went by the outside date on the outside causing. I don't recall but I don't think they replaced the outside housing on the second install. So he says he can install condenser and inside fan for 1600 dollars but insisted it would soon break and I would have to installed another inside fan when I replaced the outside unit . Around 16ooo dollars????? I'm not letting anyone install anything for me with that kind of assurance? Seriously. The attitude of this guy. Don't need any further contact with your company. I've had 2 United out in here and several in other houses we own in Florida and western NC and your prices are off the scale according to this guy. The milinial attitude.

  We recently had an issue with a leak in our upstairs spare bathroom and called Michael & Son for help. I cannot say enough great things about the service we received—especially from their restoration technician, Gerardo Ruiz. From the moment he arrived, Gerardo was incredibly professional and respectful of our home. He took great care to protect our property while working and made sure everything was left clean and orderly. It was clear right away that he is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. What really stood out was how thorough and patient he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to carefully assess the situation, explain exactly what he found, and walk us through what to expect next. He didn’t rush anything and made sure we fully understood what was going on. Gerardo also went above and beyond by giving us helpful tips to prevent future issues—like the importance of keeping the bathroom vent clean to reduce excess moisture. That kind of attention to detail and willingness to educate homeowners is rare and greatly appreciated. Overall, this was a top-notch experience. If you’re working with Michael & Son and get Gerardo Ruiz, you’re in excellent hands. Highly recommend!
