- STSteve ThomasMar 24, 20261.0Called Homecraft and specifically requested quotes for window inserts for soundproofing. I even provided the person the brand I saw but was looking for a similar percentage in noise reduction 70%-80%. I spoke to their office twice. The salesman arrives, nice guy and this is not a reflection of him, but he starts a presentation and says the company does not do/install inserts but window replacements can get 50% improvement. What irritates me is that I called and asked for a specific type of item and the person I spoke to did not tell me they didn't sale that type of product. Long story short, don't take off work for an appointment, schedule when you are already available. Time wasted ------- This is edit. The above review has nothing to do with the Salesman that came to the house. My issue is, he should not have been sent here when the people I talked to knew they did not sell the product I asked for. In fact, I would rate him 5 stars if I could do it separately. He seemed to be an upfront and honest guy. It's just a shame his and our time was wasted when the people I spoke to knew they could not accommodate the request.
- ACAdam ClardyMar 5, 20261.0Disappointing to say the least. This is for a new front door. Nick the sales guy mislead on glass in he door being colored, since its actually painted and opaque. Second issue is he sold us on a threshold we didnt get. Nick then informed us on day of install that it would cost an extra 100 bucks. I talked to owner who said it would be replaced weeks ago at their cost, -- yeah, they have ghosted us. Installers completely wrecked brand new hardware of door. It also drags at latch when opening and closing making it impossible for my young kids to close. I want businesses to do well and people to succeed, but this is just poor service and management all the way down.
