  Extremely frustrating company to deal with. I had a crew needing materials from here and the employees were completely unaccommodating helping to process a payment remotely. I deal with hundreds of vendors as an GC and have not ever had an issue with this. Corporate if you read this your employees at branch locations have been trained to specifically blame you for these issues. I spoke with a manager, who claimed to be absolutely helpless in working with a multiple repeat customer to find a solution on a tight timeline. If your policies were truly to protect the security of my purchase and transaction then getting to know your customers, and working to develop a relationship would be a whole lot better of an approach than creating blanket rules that do not empower your employees to use their judgement and problem solve. The only thing your blanket policy has done is prove a lack of faith in your employees and lack of willingness to work with your customers to get things done.
