Our salesman, Luke, has been exceptional. No matter the situation, he is always quick to respond and make sure we have what we need. His professionalism and commitment to customer service truly stand out. The service technicians supporting this project have also been outstanding. This is a very demanding and fast-paced jobsite, and having their team ready to step in whenever mechanical issues arise has helped keep our work moving forward. Their responsiveness and dedication have made a real difference for our crew. I’ve been in this business for over 40 years, and I can honestly say the level of service we are receiving from United Rentals — both from the sales side and the field service team — is some of the best I’ve experienced in my career. A sincere thank you to Luke and the entire United Rentals team for your professionalism, reliability, and support. It does not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated.

One of their trucks damaged my car and the Vegas office denies any responsibility. They didn't even bother to call and het my story. At what point did it become ok to drive recklessly and risk the lives of others? Why are big companies always treading on the general public...yet we still patronize them? This is my attempt to make the owners of this company take notice and do the right thing when they damage things that belong to others. Grow up.
